Great hotel with good location near the beach, big room clean

It was very clean and staff was very nice

We liked best the beach and the SPA. The whole hotel has a nice view to the city and a good location because it is not crowded and it is near to the airport - so when you come with the plane, it is not a long drive to the hotel.

The place is so beautiful with excellent service especially at the beach and the pool sides. Highly recommended

The facility was beautiful with spacious outdoor areas between villas. Our unit had no shared wall so it was extremely quiet and private; no fear that we were disturbing other guests. Breakfast was excellent with a wide tasty selection of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

An exceptionally fine hotel.

The hotel is not too far from the airport. It has two big swimming pools and a beach. Everyone is so polite and kind. Rooms are big and bright. Food is amazing, especially the breakfast. I will miss that too much.

The facilities are roughly 20 years old but in great shape. The whole resort is outstanding in beauty and is impeccable. The villas are a nice touch as there are no elevators or hallways but you really get a lodge feeling. The pools are nice and the beach is clean. The service and attention to the customer and guests is the best I have ever seen.

Quality of everything

Everything was clean. The staff was helpful and great. The food that we had in all the restaurants was amazing. The room was spacious and clean.

The resort, food, rooms, beach, location and hospitality were top-tier. We fell in love with Doha and will definitely be back to Sharq.

Amazing facility, location, gym, food and SPA

The property was nice, the location is convenient to access the city. The beach is neat and clean, and the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. My son had a great time at the kids club doing arts and craft. Complimentary cake and balloons were sent to the room for my son's birthday.

The amenities at the Sharq are second to none. Whether it is the rooms, swimming pools, restaurants and dining, private beach or spa, all are of the highest standard of quality. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel amenities and grounds is immaculate. What really makes this hotel stand out though is the staff, at all levels. The level of customer service and care is exemplary. All the staff, throughout the hotel are geared to ensuring that your stay is as perfect as it possibly can be. They are all very personable and manage to make you feel as though you are the only person staying there. A particular shout out to Melanie (Afternoon tea), Marouane (Guest services) and Manik (breakfast dining) who are outstanding assets to the hotel.
